Go Further… Longer

I had coffee this week with a group of local entrepreneurs, and they are amazing. We each run very different businesses and speak different “industry languages” (I had to ask lots of questions at times!), but it struck me how some truths are universal—no matter the business.

Everyone knows the magic (and the heartache) of going further.
Let me explain what I mean…

So often, we feel like there’s a secret strategy or some magical move we should be making to gain traction or finally get our business off the ground. But the truth I keep hearing—and living—is this:

What works is usually doing the right thing, in the right direction, for longer than you think.

It takes faith and patience to keep going…
To do it again and again—even when you don’t see results yet.
And this week, I was so encouraged to hear story after story from entrepreneurs who are experiencing that very truth.

So here’s my simple encouragement to you today:
If you haven’t seen the results you’re hoping for, it may not be because you’re doing something wrong.

You may just need to keep going—further and longer, in the same direction.
You’ll get there.
