Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need?

You will need a computer with access to Zoom. I will send you a zoom link before each session where we will meet.

How will we communicate?

I communicate with clients by email and Zoom and for those working with me through extended coaching packages through Voxer for check-ins.

What do you mean by check-ins?

I believe that we need a lot of encouragement and accountability to see our dreams become reality. Between individual coaching sessions you can expect to have a mini-exchange with me by email and or Voxer of about 5-10 minutes to know you are supported and to give you a chance to update me on your progress and challenges. I want you to know you are not alone!

How often will we meet?

Ongoing and regular coaching sessions are ideal for seeing the most transformative work in your business. I recommend choosing either weekly or bi-weekly sessions and scheduling your sessions in advance at a consistent time and day.

What if I still have more questions?

What if I have to miss or I forget a session?

We all forget and overlook appointments sometimes. The first time this happens, you will be free to reschedule your coaching session for another time.The second time, please kindly understand that you would be charged for this session. You can always jump in late to a call and your mini-check in will be available for you between calls. Thanks for understanding that this is how I care for my family too.

What if I need to cancel in advance?

Please cancel all scheduled appointment with more than 24 hours advanced notice in order to reschedule them at a later date. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before will not be available to reschedule.

What if I decide that coaching really isn't for me after we start? (Refund Policy)

I desire that you have a great experience working with me but I understand that there are circumstances where it may not work out. Please read my refund policy carefully for more information. Individual sessions are not available for refund. If you have selected a coaching package of 6 sessions AND have completed at least 2 sessions you may be refunded for the remainder of your coaching package in the amount of $630. (This amount will charge you for 1 individual session at $200 and the second session at $165 and refund the remainder).
